Platform usage

• To use this service, you must be at least 13 years old
• It is prohibited to share content containing genitalia, nudity, pedophilia, or anything of a sexual nature in any way.
• It is prohibited to share content showing injured people, corpses, acts of violence or torture against living beings, reckless weapon usage or creation, or any other disturbing graphic content in any way.

Platform Abuse

Activities include:

• Promoting external products or services without prior permission from Wyntr is prohibited.
• Using sensitive tag on content without actual sensitive topic is prohibited.
• Spamming is prohibited. This includes:
• Posting repeated or substantially similar content without meaningful differences
• Repeated replies without relevant contribution (e.g., nonsense or engagement-only comments)
• Repeated or mass mentions of users without clear relevance
• Repeated or excessive tagging of unrelated topics
• Repeatedly following and unfollowing users within a short period of time
• Low-quality or manipulative posts are prohibited. This includes:
• Topic-less posts (no clear statement, question, or context).
• Repeated posts of substantially similar content within a short period without meaningful updates.
• Clickbait (misleading or exaggerated claims that do not reflect the actual content).
• Ragebait (inflammatory statements intended primarily to provoke anger without constructive discussion).
• Engagement bait (posts that ask for likes, comments, or shares without providing meaningful content).
• Content that is fully generated by AI without meaningful human authorship or creative input.
• Deliberately misleading or deceptive content presented as fact is not allowed.
• Begging or solicitation of money, followers, or attention is prohibited.
• Plagiarizing or reposting others’ work without credit is prohibited.
• You must not abuse, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Wyntr users.
• Using third-party apps, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform are prohibited.

System Exploitation / Security Violations

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Artificially manipulating likes, followers, or engagement through unauthorized methods.
• Exploiting bugs or bypassing permissions (e.g., unauthorized pinning, commenting, or editing).
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, posts, or system data.
• Distributing malware, phishing links, or harmful code.
• Accessing or attempting to access platform APIs, database queries, or system functions not publicly provided.
• Attempting to evade bans, suspensions, or platform restrictions.
• Intentionally disrupting platform services or degrading system performance.

Wcoins

• Wcoins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred for real money, goods, or services outside Wyntr.
• Wcoins can only be obtained through official Wyntr methods:
• Daily login streak rewards
• In-platform donations
• Wcoins may be spent on Wyntr features (e.g., premium subscriptions, gifts).
• Once spent, Wcoins cannot be refunded, reversed, or reallocated.
• Wyntr reserves the right to adjust balances in cases of technical errors or abuse.

Accounts on Wyntr

• using alternate account(s) to engage yourself is prohibited.
• using alternate account(s) intentionally to outnumber someone's engagements is prohibited.
• Wcoins are bound to your own Wyntr account and cannot be transferred between alternate accounts (farming).

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the app, including technical issues, unauthorized access, data loss, or user-generated content.

Account Penalty

We reserve the right to delete posts, suspend or permanently ban accounts without notice if any violations of these terms or harmful activities are detected.

Changes to Terms

These terms may change at any time, and users are expected to check this page periodically.
